Check In
When you arrive, please check in. You will receive your packet for the night with your bidder number, auction list and seat assignment. You won’t need cash at the Boots & Bling event. You will register a credit card when you arrive and then you can charge everything to your bidder number for the night.
Table Assignments
Each person will be assigned a table. When registering, you may indicate who you would like to sit with. At check in you will receive your table assignment.

We have worked to create spectacular live auction packages for your enjoyment! If you are unable to attend the 2025 Boots & Buckles Gala on March 26th, please know that the silent auction prizes are still available to you! For silent auction items, you can bid online until the Gala begins at 7:30 pm.
For the live auction, you will be able to complete an absentee bid form and an Assistance League of the Eastside volunteer will bid as your proxy during the live auction. Please complete it by March 25th in order to offer your highest and best bid.
