    Ursula Heenan, representing Windermere Foundation, presented a $20,000 grant check for Operation School Bell to Debbie Palmer, ALE Grant Writer and Grace Merida, ALE Executive Director for Assistance League of the Eastside. This grant supports 200 students for the OSB Program.
